01/ CONSENT

When you sign up to receive a box of wine, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

02/ WHO ARE YOU DEALING WITH

We are Nova Radix BV (“Nova Radix”), based in Boulevard d’Ypres 31, B-1000 Brussels, Belgium, VAT number BE1010.031.997.

03/ HOW DOES IT WORK

When Nova Radix announces a new release, you can sign up to receive a case of wine. Your registration is confirmed upon payment of the full price. Your payment counts as an advance and serves to reserve your allocation.

When the wine arrives in Belgium and Nova Radix ships it to you, the sales transaction is concluded and you will receive a final receipt, stating that your advance counts as final payment.

After you have signed up, you will receive regular updates from us on what is happening to your wine, so you will know when it will be shipped to you. If anything happens (we hope not but nature is fickle!) after you have signed up and paid that results in Nova Radix being unable to ship the wine to you, your advance will be fully reimbursed.

You can only reserve a case of wine for personal consumption (we encourage sharing with friends). You must also receive the wine in Belgium (it’s a tax thing!).

04/ YOUR WINE

Nova Radix commits to describe and present the wine you are signing up for as accurately as possible, so you can almost taste the wine while reading our website, newsletter or social media. However, as all our wines are natural products who are made with little intervention and will be enjoyed by our wine lovers at different moments in time, we do not guarantee the same exact experience every time you open a bottle.

We do guarantee quality.

The pictures of bottles we use in our communications may also differ from the actual bottles that you receive. But rest assured: it will always be very clear you are in the possession of some coveted Nova Radix bottles!

 

05/ AGE

By signing up to receive wine, you confirm you are older than 16 years old, and therefore of legal drinking age in Belgium.

If Nova Radix has any doubts as to your age (consider yourself lucky!), Nova Radix may ask for proof you are of legal drinking age when you sign up, when your order is prepared for delivery or upon delivery. Delivery partners of Nova Radix may also check your age when they deliver your wine. If your wine cannot be delivered because you are not of legal drinking age, you are not entitled to a refund.

 

06/ PRICE

Nova Radix reserves the right to change the price for each Drop to ensure winemakers are fairly compensated for their work.

The price as stated on the website for each Drop includes taxes and delivery to your home.

Nova Radix reserves the right to correct any clerical mistakes in the display of the price, even if you have already signed up for a Drop.

 

07/ DELIVERIES

The wine will be delivered to your home by one of our delivery partners. They will contact you on the email address you provided so you can track your delivery.

The delivery person may check your age upon delivery – please be nice to them and show them your ID when that happens. If they cannot deliver because you cannot prove you are of drinking age, Nova Radix will not reimburse you.

 

08/ RETURNS

We trust that you will like each wine you help support. Should you have any concerns around the quality of your wine, please email hello@novaradix.eu so we can help resolve.

 

09/ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We try to create unique assets with our website, social media and newsletter – all of these remain the exclusive property of Nova Radix. This includes our logos, designs, texts, photos, videos, audio fragments, and look & feel of our website, social media accounts and newsletter.

None of these assets may be used by third parties for commercial gains without Nova Radix’ consent. If you want to use Nova Radix’ name, logo or any other content, please contact us at hello@novaradix.eu.

 

10/ DISPUTES

We hope that we will always get along and are able to resolve any issues. If not, any disputes between us fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. All disputes are subject to Belgian law.

 

11/ CHANGES

Nova Radix reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time and without giving you a heads up. The version you are reading now is the latest version (version 1).
