Red - País - Itata

NR5 is made from old vines of País, a red grape that has been at home in Itata since the Conquistadores left it there. 

This drop smells like dark plum, blueberries, milk chocolate and a hint of eucalyptus. In the mouth, you will taste dark fruit, then a bit of meat, and it'll let you finish long and hard on some peppery notes. The tannins are firm and the wine has a crunchy texture that makes me believe it can survive many years in your cellar.

NR5 is perfect for a late winter meal by the fire, but will work equally well with a juicy steak on your barbecue when summer comes back around.
