NR5

NR5 is made from old vines of País, a red grape that has been at home in Itata since the Conquistadores left it there. This blend is made from País vineyards all over Itata, Chile, reflecting the diversity of Itata's terroir.

NR5 smells like dark plum, blueberries, milk chocolate and a hint of eucalyptus. In the mouth, you will taste dark fruit, then a bit of meat, and it'll let you finish long and hard on some peppery notes. The tannins are firm and the wine has a crunchy texture that makes me believe it can survive many years in your cellar.

NR5 is perfect for a late winter meal by the fire, but will work equally well with a juicy steak on your barbecue when summer comes back around.
